Claybank Jamboree's Farmer for a Day celebrates agriculture and community engagement

Submitted by County Extension Coordinator Melissa Voynich

Ozark – October 7, 2023 – It was a crisp October morning setting up Claybank Jamboree’s Farmer for a Day (FFAD) experience along the street in front of the new Ozark Farmers’ Market facility this past Saturday.

Sponsored by First South Farm Credit, the FFAD undertaking was coordinated by the Dale County Farmers Federation and many volunteer groups who share the same Farm-City mission: helping others discover the impact of agriculture within the community.
