Is there a disconnect between the leaders of Ozark and the Dale County Commission? According to Ozark City Mayor, Mark Blankenship, this is exactly what he believes has happened since the new Commission Chair took office after Blankenship left the position to become Mayor of Ozark. However, Commission Chairman Steve McKinnon says this is not true, and the county is treating Ozark no differently than any other municipality in the county.
