Dale County Residents Celebrate the Arrival of the New Year and Bid Farewell to 2022

By J.D. Devine

The excitement was electric as many from the Dale County community gathered in Downtown Ozark on Saturday to participate in the New Year’s Eve festivities. They enjoyed live music, ice-cold drinks, and good company as they happily bade farewell to the previous year and embraced the optimism and promise that a new year brings. For many in attendance, this was the first time since 2020 that they gathered in person to usher in the new year, as the threat of the pandemic previously kept many folks at home.
