Demolition Resolutions Come in Time for Christmas

The City of Ozark was granted a reprieve this Christmas season as Dale Medical Center agreed to cover 50% of asbestos abatement costs at the former Ozark Dale County Library building in exchange for a deed to the city-owned property on which the building sits. In response, the Ozark City Council voted unanimously to donate the property to DMC at the City Council meeting held December 20.
