No. 4 Alabama falls to No. 1 Michigan in overtime, 27-20, in CFP Semifinal

Pasadena, CA. - The No. 1 Michigan Wolverines defeated No. 4 Alabama in overtime, 27-20, in the College Football Playoff Semifinal at the Rose Bowl on New Year's Day.

The contest was evenly matched in most every category, with the Crimson Tide racking up 288 total yards of offense and possessing the ball for 32:19 while the Wolverines finished with 351 total yards and 27:41 possession.
