Ozark Celebrates 100-Year-Old WWII Veteran, Names Cullifer Grand Marshall of Christmas Parade

World War II veteran and Ozark resident Arthur C. “Ott” Cullifer will lead the Ozark Christmas Parade, Tuesday, December 6, as it makes its way along the downtown route. Cullifer, who will be 100 years old on December 18, is the Grand Marshall. Cullifer is one of the few remaining survivors of WWII.
