Ozark proclaims October 28 as 'Make a Difference Day' for community service and volunteering

During the Ozark City Council meeting on Tuesday, October 17, the city declared October 28 as "Make a Difference Day." Mayor Mark Blankenship and the city council officially recognized this day by signing a proclamation.
