Dale County Sheriff Mason Bynum announced the promotion of four deputies to command staff positions and two additional promotions within the Dale County Sheriff’s Office this past week. Former Captain Kyle Anderson, former Lieutenant Scott Spurlock, former Investigator Caroline Jackson, and former Deputy Kendall Hatfield were all promoted to command staff positions after Bynum took office in January.
