Tiny Houses Village Approved Through Economic Development Donation

Ozark City Council approved moving forward with a project proposal for a Tiny House Village from KALIA Construction, LLC during Tuesday’s council meeting held on September 20. The project will include the donation of property owned by the city and located adjacent to the community pool. Planned construction for five tiny homes at a time; the overall project could include up to 50 homes consisting of 500 square feet each.
