Belinda Thomas Calls for apology after racial slurs on State House floor

As State Representative Kenneth Paschal (R-AL73) was presenting a bill in the State House, he was verbally attacked by another representative, Juandalynn Givan (D-AL60) on Tuesday, May 2 resulting in demands for an apology from some members of the republican party. One such member is Newton’s City Councilwoman, Belinda Thomas. Since, Alabama Democrat vice chair Tabitha Isner has made statements referencing the confrontation between the two State Representatives.
