Carroll High School senior Zoey Colby signed a full music scholarship with Wallace Community College while her family and band members looked on.  While at Wallace, Colby plans to pursue a certification in welding.  Her CHS band director, Brenda Simechak, put Zoey in touch with Dr. Paul Morelli at Wallace Community College.  Through this connection, Colby auditioned for and earned a spot in the jazz band at Wallace Community College.
