Steve McKinnon takes runoff by storm

In a runoff election that saw Dale County Commission Chairman Steve McKinnon emerge victorious over challenger Adam Enfinger, McKinnon expressed his pride in the hard-fought win.

"I'm proud of the outcome and grateful for the support," said McKinnon in an interview after announcing his victory. Enfinger conceded the election early in the evening, paving the way for McKinnon's official announcement of victory as 19 of 20 ballot boxes were counted at the Dale County Courthouse on Tuesday, April 16.
